Terms and Conditions for Discount Campaign
Customers who pay their overdue loan balance in full during the discount campaign period automatically agree not to be eligible for any discount/refund.
For customers with installment credit facilities, the discount is applicable only to installments that are due on the start date of the discount campaign. No discounts shall be calculated on and/or extended to past or future installments outside the specified discount campaign period.
To qualify for the discount, customers must settle their discounted payment in full on or before the specified deadline. Any Payment(s) made after this deadline shall not qualify for any discount, and standard repayment terms shall apply.
No discounts shall apply after the discount campaign period. Customers who fail and/or refuse to make payment(s) within the discount campaign period shall be required to settle any outstanding balance in full, including any accrued interests, penalties and charges, as per the original loan terms.
Payments made during the discount campaign period are non-refundable. By making a payment during this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions herein.
The discount offer will be available for a limited time. Once the offer period ends, the regular loan terms and conditions will take effect, with no further discounts offered.
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any discount offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the offer or its terms will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, or in-app notifications.
Except where expressly modified by this discount offer, all other terms and conditions of the original loan agreement remain in full force and effect. This discount offer does not alter or waive any obligations under the original loan agreement unless specifically stated herein.
The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the modification, suspension, or termination of this discount offer, or from the customer's failure to meet the conditions required to qualify for the discount during the discount campaign period.
Any dispute, difference, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
