I started my journey at Fido as a mobile engineer and, after two years, transitioned into a backend engineering role. This experience has given me the space to grow and make an impact across diverse areas and domains.

This journey has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing me to take ownership of projects that directly contribute to Fido’s mission of redefining the financial story for millions across Africa.

Working at Fido has been a rewarding experience for me as a Collections Officer. I’ve grown significantly in my ability to handle diverse client situations, remain composed under pressure, and consistently deliver results while maintaining high standards.

I started as a Backend Engineer here at Fido and was promoted to Python Ghana Team Lead. This reflects the sort of workplace that fosters growth and development.
