Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, operations, finance).
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager within the financial sector preferably with a focus on digital banking, credit, payments, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
• Experience working on a B2C mobile product - an advantage.
• Must have a BA degree from a leading university, preferably in Finance. 
• MBA- an advantage
• Experience in crafting detailed design requirements.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable in a dynamic environment, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking, translating market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Team player, with previous experience working in a team of Product Managers.

• Tech savvy and possess a tech background.
• Passion for fintech and a deep commitment to improving financial inclusion and access in Africa.
