What you will do

Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical and tech-savvy Marketing Data Analyst to supercharge Fido’s marketing operations. This role is critical in scaling our marketing insights, automating workflows, and ensuring real-time visibility into campaign performance. You’ll help us transition from intuition-led to data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Dashboarding

  • Build and maintain real-time campaign dashboards for all squads (acquisition, retention, brand, field, etc.).
  • Track KPIs like CAC, ROI, retention, attribution, signup funnel, and conversion.
  • Translate raw marketing data into actionable insights and storytelling.

Marketing Automation & AI Tools

  • Lead the automation of ≥50% of repetitive marketing workflows (reporting, segmentation, campaign triggers, etc.)
  • Integrate and manage AI-powered tools for creative asset generation (text, visuals, audio).
  • Collaborate with squads to deploy performance monitoring tools that improve campaign quality and agility.

Performance Optimization

  • Provide daily/weekly insights that inform paid performance, organic trends, and funnel health.
  • Recommend campaign improvements based on past data and predictive models.
  • Analyze user behavior and segmentation across markets to guide strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Paid, Creative, Organic, Field, and Retention teams to define metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product and Growth teams on A/B testing, attribution, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Support squad-specific needs with hyper-relevant, customized analytics.

Who you are

Who you are

  • Minimum of 4 years in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/growth function.
  • Fluency in data tools (e.g., Looker Studio, PowerBI, Apache Superset, Tableau, Google Sheets).
  • Strong SQL, Python, or R skills preferred.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, platforms, Webflow and UTMs).
  • Proven record of automation (Zapier, Hubspot Workflows, Google Apps Script).
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus (ChatGPT, Veo, Dall-E, Runway, Gemini).
