• Identify and generate leads for potential loan customers through various field activities, including community outreach, market visits, and networking.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of potential customers to determine their eligibility for loans.
• Educate potential customers about Fido Microcredit’s loan products and services.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
• Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on Fido Microcredit’s loan products, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to Fido's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.

• 3 years of experience as a field sales agent / face-to-face (F2F) sales.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Competitive and target-driven with sharp sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in the field within assigned territories.
