What you will do

Job Overview

The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, executing, and optimizing all automated and semi-automated recovery campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, queue-based calls, and CRM-driven workflows. The role sits at the center of digital collections performance and is accountable for A/B testing, campaign monitoring, experiment design, content effectiveness analysis (including behavioral and cultural framing such as religious rhetoric), and continuous optimization to drive repayment and reduce delinquency.

This role is highly operational, data-driven, and requires strong hands-on execution. You will work closely with Collections Managers, Digital Recovery Agents, CX, and the Systems Configuration Specialist to ensure that every campaign performs at maximum recovery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Design and configure recovery campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, and call queues using Xcally and/or CRM tools.
  • Monitor live campaigns hourly to detect underperformance, identify anomalies, and implement immediate corrective actions.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Develop clear hypotheses and test structures; track outcomes with statistical discipline.

Performance Analytics

  • Analyse campaign performance across cohorts (DPD buckets, loan size, customer segment, historical behaviour).
  • Identify causal drivers of repayment and recommend actionable adjustments.
  • Produce clean, reliable dashboards and weekly performance reports for leadership.
  • Track and communicate collections efficiency improvements attributable to campaign changes.

System Configuration & Execution Support

  • Work with the Systems Configuration Specialist to implement technical workflows, API triggers, routing rules, and queue logic.
  • Own the quality assurance process to ensure campaigns trigger correctly and deliver the expected customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Collections and Managers to translate strategy into executable campaign logic.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business or a related field.
  • 4 years’ experience in analytics, campaign operations, digital collections, CRM management, or similar data-driven roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with BI tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Superset, Tableau, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, segmentation, or performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, automated workflows, or contact center systems (e.g., Xcally, HubSpot, Twilio, Kaleyra).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with Collections, CX, Product, and Systems teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance and troubleshooting capabilities.
