Job Overview
The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for designing, configuring, executing, and optimizing all automated and semi-automated recovery campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, queue-based calls, and CRM-driven workflows. The role sits at the center of digital collections performance and is accountable for A/B testing, campaign monitoring, experiment design, content effectiveness analysis (including behavioral and cultural framing such as religious rhetoric), and continuous optimization to drive repayment and reduce delinquency.
This role is highly operational, data-driven, and requires strong hands-on execution. You will work closely with Collections Managers, Digital Recovery Agents, CX, and the Systems Configuration Specialist to ensure that every campaign performs at maximum recovery efficiency.
