What you will do

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records in line with company policies.
  • Prepare routine and monthly reconciliations for all bank and wallet accounts.
  • Manage the petty cash system in accordance with the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including the filing and payment of WHT, PAYE, and SSNIT.
  • Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable on a frequent basis to support liquidity management.
  • Provide support in other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Who you are

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Ongoing studies toward a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICA Ghana, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accounts Officer, Finance Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Sage X3, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) is an advantage.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
