These disruptions impacted various sectors, like telecom, finance, education, and healthcare. At Fido, we recognize that our customers may face challenges accessing the Fido App due to connectivity issues.
Rest assured the App is fully operational. If you are experiencing data connectivity issues, our services are also available via the *998# USSD short codes even when internet access is limited. Additionally, we extended our call center hours to support you with any issue you may have.
To further help our customers, we’re leveraging USSD functionalities to support all services. With it, our customers can conveniently pay outstanding loans, access new loans, top up airtime, purchase data bundles, and pay bills. For example to pay an Outstanding Loan: Dial *998#, select the "Loan Services" option, choose the loan you want to repay, enter the repayment amount, and select your registered wallet to pay from.
