If you need quick and easy access to a business loan, FidoBiz makes it simple. The best part? You only need your MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) statement to apply. Follow this short guide to get started!

What you need to apply

To qualify for a FidoBiz loan, ensure you meet these simple requirements:

Name match‍

Your business name should match the name on your MoMo statement.

‍

MoMo statement‍

Provide your most recent two months of MoMo transactions.

‍

Transaction volume‍

You must have made at least 20 transactions within those two months.

‍

Statement recency‍

The statement should have been requested within the last 35 days.

‍

File format

The statement must be in PDF format.

How to request your MTN MoMo statement

Requesting with the shortcode

Getting your MoMo statement is easy! Here’s how you can get it using the MTN shortcode

  1. Dial *170# on your MTN line.
  2. Select Option 6 (My Wallet).
  3. Choose Option 3 (Statements).
  4. Follow the prompts to request your last 2 months’ statement.
  5. Receive your statement in PDF format via email.

Follow the steps below to request your statement from the MTN service provider

  1. Launch MyMTN App
  2. Select MoMo feature
  3. Enter MoMo pin
  4. Enter OTP
  5. Select My Wallet
  6. Select detail statement
  7. Enter email address
  8. Confirm email address
  9. Enter start date of statement
  10. Enter end date
  11. Authorization message will pop up to enter pin
