• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle office-related administrative tasks, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating logistics, and managing office budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving any operational concerns.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

• Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture, ensuring employees feel supported and engaged.
• Organize company events, team-building activities, and celebrations to foster a sense of community.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into Fido’s work environment.
• Act as a key liaison for employee concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.

HR & Administrative Support:

• Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and handling office communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed.
• Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees stay informed and engaged.
• Work closely with HR and leadership to implement policies that support employee well-being.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in office management and employee experience, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions efficiently.
• Interpersonal: A people-first mindset with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office management software, collaboration tools, and HR platforms.
