Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage localized marketing efforts and initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
Requirements and Skills
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally with experience in both agency and corporate/startup environments
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2C mobile app marketing
- Proven experience in content creation, creative strategy, and implementation
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mind
- Experience working with global / Fintech / startup companies - an advantage
- Degree in marketing or a related field
