• 2-3 years of financial/investor relations experience at senior level, ideally within the Fintech industry.
• Proven experience leading ESG / Social Impact activities. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Law is required.
• Clear and demonstrable understanding of financial statements, financial ratios and trading multiples, capital markets, and equity valuation techniques.
• Previous background working/studying in Ghana and familiarity with the Ghana market are advantages.
  
• Original, creative thinker with the ability to formulate and express a contrarian viewpoint.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop relationships both inside and outside the company.
