The Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with shareholders, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This involves preparing communications literature, attending meetings, and managing events.
Additionally, the role serves as the primary contact for all matters related to corporate governance, including managing the board of directors, maintaining corporate records, and advising on legal and regulatory matters.
